Using BookCPD

Course bookings
Visitors book directly with the course provider using the external booking link. BookCPD does not collect course booking payments or issue course booking confirmations. The provider’s booking, cancellation and refund terms apply to their services.
Course information
Providers are responsible for accurate descriptions, dates, prices, availability and accreditation claims. Check current details on the provider’s website before booking. Publication or featured placement is not a guarantee of accreditation or clinical quality.
Provider submissions
Only submit content you have permission to publish. Do not include patient information, confidential records or misleading claims. Listings and edits require admin review. We may request corrections, decline or remove unsuitable content.
Advertising
Paid placements are labelled. Advertising fees, duration, deliverables, cancellation and refund terms must be agreed separately in writing before a paid placement begins. Submission alone creates no obligation to pay.
External websites and acceptable use
External websites have their own terms and privacy policies. Do not misuse BookCPD, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or impersonate another provider.
Rights and concerns
Contact info@manchestermedicalacademy.com to report inaccurate information or content you believe infringes your rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Advertising enquiries and invoices
Advertising is arranged by email and invoiced manually. Any quote must set out the fee, placement, duration and applicable cancellation or refund conditions before agreement. No advertising purchase is completed through the course submission form. Featured placement does not guarantee views, enquiries or bookings.
Content permission
By submitting course content, you permit BookCPD to display and format it for the directory and agreed advertising placement. You retain ownership of your material. Ask us to correct or remove a listing by email; any existing advertising agreement is handled according to its agreed terms.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to maintain the directory, but course information and website availability can change. Providers remain responsible for delivery, bookings, refunds and certificates. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and law
Send website or advertising concerns to our contact email with the relevant listing link. We will review the concern and respond. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any mandatory consumer rights and rights to bring proceedings in a court provided by applicable law remain available.
